Hebrews 7:25 Devotional On UTTERMOST SALVATION

Daily Scripture Reading: Hebrews 7:25 KJV

Hebrews 7:25 KJV
(25)  Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Today’s Devotional Is UTTERMOST SALVATION

THE ATTRACTION OF the Divine Nature. We are drawn because we draw near. God draws us closer to Him just as the sun has a draw power over each planet and every particle of stardust in our solar system. We will continue to draw nearer to God throughout eternity, even though we will always have an inexhaustible distance to travel. Jesus began to attract all men when He was raised from the Cross, and this magnetic attraction has continued throughout the centuries.

We have no reason to fear God. He is Love! While He is a burning fire for our sins, His Nature is inherently beautiful. Moses was extremely afraid when he ascension to Sinai, amid the shaking of the mountain and heavy clouds that contained the Divine Light, was terrifying. We learn in the 12th chapter that when we approach God, there are three circles. The many Hosts and Angels, including Seraphim and Cherubim, who radiate love and purity. The Church of the Firstborn, the most noble and pure of elect spirits. The Spirits of the Just made perfect. This includes our beloved ones who have died. We can venture wherever these are without fear, surely. They can only be loved and know the God in which they live, move, and have their being. Lord, Thou hast been our dwelling-place for all generations. Thy secret place will be our home forever. “Draw us and we’ll run after Thee!”

The Risen and Living Savior meets our fears. He will first make intercession for us, but He will continue to sanctify us further down, to the uttermost. He will continue His gracious work to the very depths of our being. Salvation is comprised of three stages. It starts with the release from the past’s penalty. All of our sins are forgiven. The penalty is forgiven or converted to benediction. We are then saved lower down. Purification is a process that penetrates deeper into our nature. Our bodies are finally renewed by the resurrection-grace Christ. There will be a deeper sense of the grace of Christ, which will allow us to participate in the things that will unfold before us in the eternal progression. We see the face of God in this vision. We know part of what we will see, and we will grow in our knowledge and love for God. Salvation to all the uttermost!

PRAYER for Today

I draw near to Thee Almighty and Ever-living God in the Name Jesus Christ, my High Priestess and Mediator who has passed into the heavens where He will ever live to intercede for sinners. Accept me and forgive me. AMEN.
