(27) What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.
Today’s Devotional Is LIGHT IN DARKNESS
CHRIST IS speaking often in the secret of our hearts; in the dark of the night. “When deep sleep falls upon men, there the Master reveals things to us in the darkness!” We will be saved from many an agonizing hour if we listen and obey.
It may be difficult to believe it is His voice. However, we are often right in recognizing that Voice when it reminds of our omissions and asks us to accept the cross we have rejected.
These dark sayings contain music, tenderness and love-notes. The Voice that speaks them isn’t harsh or strident but is tender and gentle. These sayings are meant to teach us how teach and enable us to help those who cannot understand the hidden meanings. To receive impressions that will bring pleasure and help hundreds of people who would never be able to, we must be taken into darkness as sensitive paper.
PRAYER for Today
Lord, please speak to me so that I can speak.

So let me search, as Thou hast searched
Thy erring kids lost and alone. AMEN.
